As Staff of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), it is a collective responsibility to work in unity, protect the interest of Agency, deliver efficient and effective service that can move Nigeria’s IT Sector forward, the Minister Designate / Director General of NITDA, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami FNCS, FBCS, FIIM has said.

Dr Pantami gave this advice today while making his remarks during the Staff General Meeting and Presentation of the Employee of the Quarter Award held at the Agency’s Corporate Headquarters, Abuja.

The DG stated that his modest achievements at NITDA elevated him to the post of Minister Designate, stressing that he never had the ambition to be a Minister, and never lobbied for it until the President came calling.

Pantami also revealed that he remains an Ambassador of the Agency and would strive hard to ensure that the Agency gets a befitting office building in the capital city and prayed to God Almighty to bless the Agency with a Chief Executive that would build on his legacy, add value to the sector and continue to steer the affairs of the Agency in the right direction.
