New signing Sandro Tonali has arrived in Newcastle from Milan for the first time.
The Magpies confirmed the AC Milan midfielder ‘s move on Monday, in a deal worth £55m.
Tonali is Newcastle’s first signing of the summer window.
The 23-year-old had his medical in Romania two weeks ago while on international duty with Italy U21s.
Tonali will be shown around St James’ Park and the city on Wednesday, before flying back to Milan and then joining up with pre-season preparations on Tyneside next week.
