Watford have announced the appointment of Ben Manga as its new technical director.
Spending six-and-a-half seasons at reigning Europa League champions Eintracht Frankfurt, Manga most recently served as director of professional football at the Waldstadion.
The 48-year-old also operated as chief scout for the Eagles, having been at fellow Bundesliga sides Hoffenheim and VfB Stuttgart prior to joining Frankfurt, who won the DFB Pokal during his time at the club.
Helena Costa has also joined the club head of scouting, while further appointments to Manga’s team are likely to follow.
