UN Appoints Mohammed Fall Resident Coordinator in Nigeria

The United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has appointed Mr Mohamed Fall of Senegal as the UN Resident Coordinator in Nigeria,

A statement by the organisation’s through its website on Tuesday says the appointment is in line with the Federal Government’s approval.
Fall, who has taken up his position in February, will also serve as the Humanitarian Coordinator in the country.
