Nigeria defeated Togo 3-0 in a friendly encounter at the Stade Municipal de Saint Leu La Faret, Paris on Thursday, reports apnewsng.com.

The Super Eagles got off to a flying start with Ahmed Musa slotting the ball home in the third minute following a beautiful work by Alex Iwobi.

Musa doubled his side’s advantage in the 17th minute with Iwobi once again providing the assist.

The Togolese rarely threatened in the game and were further behind whwn Kelechi Iheancho addes the third 10 minutes later.

The Manchester City forward tapped in from close after Oghenekaro Etebo dribbled past Togo goalkeeper and laid a pass for him.

The tempo of the game reduced as both teams made changes with the Eagles failing to add to their lead.
