According to him, achievements recorded by his administration were due to cooperation and synergy between government and the public service system.
“This is largely due to the spirit of understanding, cooperation and mutual respect that is nurtured and sustained through the vehicle of the public service joint negotiating council.” he said.
He maintained that his administration had kept faith with its avowed commitment of upholding staff welfare and boosting their morale.
Ambode noted that the organization of the State productivity award was one of such incentives used by the government to further encourage staffs in the state.
Also, the State Head of Service, Olabowale Ademola said that the State Government has regarded the trade unions as partners in attainment of developmental goal of the government.
Ademola said, “The tremendous contribution of the State government towards the growth and development of industrial peace and harmony in the state through the creation of conducive environment for all public servants cannot be over emphasized.”
