Governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Tambuwal, who is the chairman of the PDP Governors Forum, revealed the plans of the forum, assuring Nigerians that they are on a mission to rescue Nigeria from the hands of APC and will not failed on that agenda.
“These star-studded leaders of PDP governors in their respective states and political generals are determined by the grace of God through your prayers, support and cooperation, to rescue Nigeria,” he said.
“It is a task that we must accomplish to the glory of God and his glory alone.
“God on our side, we are determined as leaders, to provide that platform for the emergence of another PDP leadership in this country, come 2023.”
“We need prayers. God is always there for His people and will never be tired of Nigeria for His glory,” Tambuwal added.
Tambuwal said this on Sunday at a state banquet organised by Akwa-lbom government for governors of the party.
PDP governors at the event include Udom Emmanuel of Akwa-lbom, Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa, Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta; Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu; Nyesom Wike of Rivers, Darius Ishaku of Taraba, Duoye Diri of Bayelsa; Godwin Obaseki of Edo, and Mahdi Gusau, the deputy governor of Zamfara.
