Former Super Eagles forward, Peter Odemwingie scored the winning goal as Madura United edged Persija Jakarta in Indonesian League on Thursday, apnewsng.com can report.
Odemwingie, who has featured for clubs in the Russian, French and English Leagues netted the decisive goal 21 minutes from time.
It was his third goal in four outings since linking up with Madura United.
With the win, Madura United climb to fifth in the league table on seven points after four games.
