Alhaji Hamisu Abubakar was on Monday appointed as the Acting State Director for the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Kaduna State Directorate.
The agency’s Public Relations Officer, Kaduna State, Mr Suleiman Ibrahim, made the disclosure in a statement issued in Kaduna.
Ibrahim said the appointment of Abubakar followed the retirement of Alhaji Galadima Soba on July 27, in accordance with Tenure Policy of the Federal Government .
He explained that Soba had served the Federal Government meritoriously for over three decades.
Ibrahim said the acting director, until his appointment, was the Deputy Director Special Duties and Local Government Operations in the state directorate of the agency.
He said the acting director joined the services of the agency on June 14, 1993.
