The Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) will today hold a commendation service in honour of Late Engr. (Mrs.) Florence Seriki, CEO of Omatek Ventures Plc, and a fellow of the Society.
The commendation service, according to a statement by NCS will hold at the Faculty of Science theater hall (SO26), University of Lagos from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
Burial arrangements for Late Mrs. Florence Seriki, founder and chief executive officer of Omatek Ventures Plc, has been announced.
Seriki, an engineer, until her death on March 3, 2017 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), was one of Nigeria’s pioneers and foremost indigenous Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that specialises in the manufacturing of computers and other ICT related devices.
A statement by the family shows service of songs shall be held in her honour at Divine Mercy Catholic Church Hall, Admiralty Road, Lekki on March, 30, 2017 from 5p.m.-7p.m.
The funeral mass is scheduled for Holy Cross Cathedral Catholic Church, Catholic Mission street, Lagos, on March 31, 2017 from 10a.m.-12p.m. Interment follows afterwards.
Nigeria’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) community was thrown into mourning following the death of Mrs. Seriki.
