President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with Osun State Government and members of the National Assembly, over death of Chairman Senate committee on Capital Market, Isiaka Adeleke on Sunday.

Buhari in his condolences message signed signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, lamented that the death of the senator will create a vacuum in the National Assembly.

The President described the late senator as gentle and kind hearted individual who had passionately and relentlessly championed the cause of the less privileged and most vulnerable in Nigeria.

According to him, Adeleke had always epitomized unbridled patriotism, maturity and experience, especially with his recent interest in the protection of whistle blowers.

Buhari affirms that Adeleke’s contribution to his state, as first elected governor, and the country will always be remembered by posterity.

Adeleke, who was current Chairman Senate committee on Capital Market, died on Sunday at Bikets Hospital in Oshogbo at age 62.
