Avon, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) has launched an online health service targeted at enrolling Nigerians to different health plans on its platform via mobile phones.
The Chief Executive Officer, Avon HMO, MrsAdesimbo Ukiri, said the innovation called “Avon HMO Online” was designed to be trend-compliant as it could be accessed through mobile phones, laptops and tablets.
Ukiri explained that Avon HMO Online was a further reflection of Avon’s commitment to the health and general wellbeing of Nigerians who were desirous of living good.
She said, “With this innovation, it is hoped that uptake to health insurance within the country will witness a surge and all Nigerians will benefit from it.”
