Nigeria youngster, Victor Osimhen made his long waited debut for German Bundesliga side, VFL Wolfsburg against Borussia Monchegladbach on Saturday reports apnewsng.com.
Osimhen took to the field on 59 minutes as replacemenr for Paul Georges Ntep ans was booked in the 89th minute for a foul.
The encounter ended in a 1-1 draw boosting Wolfsburg’s relegation hopes.
Osimhen signed a professional contract with Wolfsburg after he clocked 18 in December.
However, the record top scorer at the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup has had to wait for several months to make his Bundesliga debut no thanks to a knee injury he suffered last year and which needed surgery.
He is due to join the Eagles training camp in France from may 24 ahead of two friendlies and an AFCON 2019 qualifier against South Africa next month.
